Reservations arranged more than 30 days in advance require a 50% deposit.  Full payment required 30 days in advance of arrival date.  Full refund if reservation is cancelled more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date.  No refund if reservation is cancelled less than thrity (30) days prior to arrival date.
